JULY Business Services is a retirement plan and payroll services company that partners with financial advisors and employers to design and implement successful retirement plan strategies.

Located on Legend Lake in Waco, Texas, the 15,000 SF office building will serve as their new world headquarters. The building's use of a protruding horizontal frame captures panoramic views of the lake while the integrated brise soleil provides a comfortable environment for the occupants inside. This articulation not only gives depth and shadow to the facade but protects exterior walking pathways in inclement weather.

The interior office program features multiple conference rooms, a web-casting room, video production area, work cafe, open office, and executive office spaces. The reception area opens up to the two-story lobby space, connecting to the newly landscaped areas and public amenity access points.
