LEVY created a marketing package for a planned Class A office asset located in San Diego, California. Our creative team worked directly with the commercial real estate company, architecture firm, and representatives to create a cohesive vision for the project. Utilizing the architecture firm’s BIM model, we then developed the environment the building would be located in. We updated their printed materials with new renderings, created a video animation that highlights the unique features of the site, and implemented virtual reality for a complete, immersive, client experience. Our team developed a new website that houses the newly created media including project maps, project information, and contact information.
