LEVY DYKEMA is looking for a Project Architect in our Corpus Christi office. We’re looking for people who are dedicated to delivering projects on time and budget; people who are looking for the opportunity to lead and mentor. In return, we’ll give you the opportunity to own the success of multiple projects, leading a small team to deliver great documents and a great client experience.

In this role, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks, including:

• Help vet scope and set project fees and staffing.

• Own projects’ profitability, schedule, and budget.

• Manage client expectations and lead client interactions.

• Oversee the documentation of a project, prioritizing and assigning tasks.

• Lead the project team as they develop design components and details.

• Manage consultant coordination to ensure consistency with the design intent.

• Resolve design and technical issues.

• Participate in business development efforts on interview teams and on proposal responses.

LEVY DYKEMA is looking for people who:

• Have a professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.

• Have 10+ years of relevant architecture experience with a strong technical background.

• Develop lasting relationships with their team, their clients, and their stakeholders.

• Are creative, analytical problem solvers.

• Love teaching.

• Are excellent in Revit (Sketchup, and Lumion, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe CS are all big pluses)

• Have deep understanding of code analysis, building systems, and how to tell a design’s story to through the contract documents.
