Designing for a Sustainable Future
At LEVY DYKEMA, we embrace the challenges of designing for longevity with sustainability at the core. With growing environmental designs, we are creating spaces that not only meet human needs but also harmonize with the natural world.
By reducing energy consumption, utilizing eco-friendly materials and adopting innovative construction practices, we can seamlessly integrate projects into the unique Texas landscape and beyond.
Our commitment to responsible design serves as a beacon of inspiration in the industry, as well as encouraging others to embrace the potential of shaping a sustainable future.
The award-winning Torre provides students with a variety of modern living spaces, ranging from studios to spacious townhomes with innovative, smart-enabled units and modern amenities, all to provide a truly elevated student living experience. This is one of the first student housing developments nationwide to integrate 50% townhomes in a high-rise structure.
The LEVY DYKEMA team is participating in a fan drive to help our community during this unprecedented heatwave. Our team has been making regular drop-offs all summer and will continue through September.
A Message from Our President
Sustainability: Good for Environment and Business
Is it really 105 degrees?
With the hottest month on record in history, it is a wake-up call for Architects to design and bring solutions to address the realities of climate change.
LEVY DYKEMA is committed to being a leader in creating designs that integrate sustainable systems. From designing climate-resilient structures, and identifying and utilizing new technology materials, to shading concepts and more, we will discuss this aspect of our designs with every client.
Leadership in sustainability is a hot topic at LEVY DYKEMA and a core mission of our innovative approach.
Stay cool!
