LEVY DYKEMA is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Austin office. We’re looking for someone who has a background in architecture and interior design proposal writing and business development support. Our ideal candidate understands best practices for proposal writing and is passionate about creating eye-catching, interesting proposals and creating content that shows our team in the best light.

In this role, you will be asked to work closely with the President and other principals to deliver quality content that helps us win work. Your daily tasks will include:

• Lead the development of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

  • Write, edit, and review content to deliver accurate, engaging, client-specific responses that meet the RFQ/RFP requirements.

  • Coordinate consultant participation and compliance

  • Create graphically pleasing responses.

  • Review final proposals for compliance with requirements, adherence to our standards, and overall quality.

• Support the ongoing updating of marketing materials such as project profiles, resumes, and boilerplate information.

• Research opportunities for new work

• Attend pre-proposal meetings and other networking events.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients to support business growth.

LEVY DYKEMA is looking for people who:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience with proposal writing.

• 2+ years’ experience in the architecture and interior design industry.

• Have initiative and take ownership of their projects.

• Are great at prioritizing to meet multiple, sometimes simultaneous, deadlines.

• Are detail-oriented, accurate, and have a good design eye.

• Are great communicators, both in writing and verbally.

• Expert in Adobe’s Creative Cloud Suite of programs, especially Indesign and Photoshop.
