Beyond the Expected

The biggest difference between good and excellent client service is in exceeding expectations. While LEVY DYKEMA architecture and interiors are most notably associated with our award-winning functional and engaging designs, at the core of what distinguishes our success is understanding our client’s needs and providing a satisfying experience.

Service is a priority at LEVY DYKEMA centered around listening and responding to our client’s needs and desires. Many factors contribute to quality service, including communication, anticipation, consistency, adaptability, timeliness, problem-solving and innovative solutions.

There are many LEVY DYKEMA examples of exceeding expectations. From increasing the value of rental space through design, increasing the property value of land with the installation of traffic lights, to doubling the capacity of a parking garage by restriping it, exceeding expectations is a standard of our firm. It is also a key reason why LEVY DYKEMA enjoys client loyalty, brand equity, and a competitive advantage.

LEVY DYKEMA has partnered with Rally Credit Union, a Corpus Christi-based community credit union, for almost 40 years. For Rally’s administrative building in the Rio Grande Valley, LEVY DYKEMA was tasked with designing a flexible space that supported their growth plans. Training rooms and storage rooms were designed to be converted to workstations and offices with minimal disruption to everyday work. A creative use of security doors and private stairwells were also implemented.

One prime example of our client-focused approach is Rally Credit Union. Since 1985, we have designed all their branch locations, growing together as their needs evolved and the financial landscape changed.

This month, the LEVY DYKEMA  Austin Studio spent the day volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. The team included Amanda, Christy, Paul and James who worked hard to build  a new home for a deserving family and give back to our community. Great job team!
